What’s the right way to combine cleanser and serum?
We recommend using cleanser and serum from the same range: Net-Apax Gel + Soin-Apax Serum for sensitive skin, and Nrj-Net Cream + Nrj-Soin Serum in all other cases.
Which serum is better for skin brightening? Nrj-Soin Serum has a more pronounced brightening effect. However, increased skin sensitivity in itself can affect pigmentation. In this case, we would advise soothing sensitive skin with the combination of Net-Apax Gel + Soin-Apax Serum and after 2–3 months proceed to therapy aimed at skin brightening and evening out the complexion.
When I apply Nrj-Soin Serum, my skin tingles. Is this normal? Yes, light tingling is a normal reaction. Nrj-Soin Serum contains a high concentration of low molecular active ingredients, most of which have antioxidant properties and can quickly penetrate into the deeper skin layers forming a shield against free radicals and other toxic agents. The antioxidant cocktail saturates the skin with such speed and intensity, it that causes a bit of tingling which is, however, sure to pass in less than a minute.
Which serum is better for couperose and skin redness? We recommend daily use of Soin-Apax Serum which contains a high concentration of Centella Asiatica extract. The active ingredients of Centella extract, asiaticoside and madecassoside stimulate and strengthen the capillaries reducing redness and evening out the complexion.
What should I use to ease the hot flushes when going through menopause? In this case, we recommend starting with the combination of Net-Apax Gel and Soin-Apax Serum, both of which soothe the skin and reduce the severity of skin reactions to naturally occurring hormonal changes.
